Return Policy
We want you to love your 3D Wax Works products! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
General Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included when possible
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
Product-Specific Return Guidelines
3D Character Magnets
- Must be free from damage or wear
- Magnetic function must be intact
- No scratches or color fading
- Securely package to prevent damage during return shipping
3D Character Buckle Tags
- Leather straps must be in original condition
- Metal snap closures must function properly
- 3D printed tag must be free from damage
- No signs of wear from attachment to accessories
Premium Wax Melts
- Must be free from damage or melting
- Original packaging and clear pouches required
- Unused wax melts only (no partial use)
- Must retain original shape and scent integrity
How to Return Items
- Contact us at 3dwaxworks@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and our return address
- Package items securely using appropriate protective materials
- Ship to our return address using a trackable shipping method
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Exchanges
Wax Melt Exchanges
We're happy to exchange wax melts for different scents! Follow the return process above and specify which scent you'd prefer. We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your return.
3D Printed Item Exchanges
Exchanges for 3D printed magnets and buckle tags are available for different characters or designs within the same product category. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value, or you can pay the difference for higher-value items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your items arrive damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Describe the issue in detail
- We'll send a replacement at no charge
- Return of damaged items only required if specifically requested
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized designs (unless defective)
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Wax melts that have been exposed to heat and melted
- 3D printed items with customer-caused damage
- Items returned after 30-day window
International Returns
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Return policies apply to US orders only. We're working on expanding international shipping options.

Holiday Returns
Items purchased during holiday seasons have extended return periods. Returns for items purchased between November 15 - December 25 are accepted until January 15 of the following year.
